Beautiful Baby G {Milwaukee Newborn Photographer - Erin Harris Photography}

A couple weeks ago I met this adorable family and their beautiful baby girl. She was about eight weeks old at the time and such a precious little peanut! She is the sweetest little girl with a little button nose and a beautiful smile. I think she looks alot like her daddy. And isn't her mama just glowing with happiness? The little peanut was wide awake the whole time so I didn't get many sleepy shots, but she sure looks gorgeous in all these shots with her eyes open. In some of them she was gazing right into my lens--a little model already. Emily, it was wonderful meeting you and your beautiful family. Best wishes to you in your journey through motherhood. You are an absolutely radiant mother. It sure is a spectacular blessing to be a mom, isn't it?

A Beautifully Handcrafted Boulder Wedding {Milwaukee Wedding Photographer in Colorado - Erin Harris Photography}

Will and Susan are laid-back, caring people that take great pleasure in surrounding themselves with fun, family and friends. This was evident from the moment that I met them about a year and a half ago in Denver on my sister's 30th birthday, but particularly obvious on their wedding day, when it was unusually rainy and chilly in the Boulder, Colorado foothills at their beautiful wedding site. They were huddled together with friends and family under a heated tent reciting their vows for one another, completely unphased by the cold and rain. The obvious theme for the wedding seemed to be the "mustache," which Will has come to be known for, but the underlying theme was more appropriately, the pleasure that they take in eachother's company and the presence of friends and family... and that knowing Will and Susan means gaining a lasting friendship.
I started the day by photographing Will at the home that they share as he got ready for his big moment, and then traveled up to the beautiful home where the wedding was held and the ladies were getting ready. Despite the rain, their day was filled with bold color-- bright blue dresses, ties and bridal shoes with accents of briliant purple tones in the pashminas and flowers. The details of the wedding were uniquely Will & Susan, with touches of friends and family members who all chipped in to provide a fabulous venue, a heartfelt ceremony, delicious food, scrumptious cake, cookies and pies, and fantastic music. Cheers to having a stylish, fabulous wedding that was made even more meaningful by the loving participation of friends and family!

This last photo is a unique little piece that I created as an ode to Will and Susan's exceptionally unique and magnetic personalities. It was an incredible honor to be a part of your day, capturing memories for you, but even more of a blessing to call you my friends. Best wishes to you as you journey through this beautiful life together.

A Pumpkin in a Tutu {Milwaukee Baby Photographer - Erin Harris Photography}

Its hard to believe this cutie patootie is already six months old! I took her newborn photos back in May when she was just over a month old. Her beautiful eyes and sweet smiles where certainly enough to brighten a cloudy morning in October...What a cute little pumpkin she is! Indoors, I got some shots of her in the dress she wore at her auntie's wedding, which she traveled all the way to Virgina for with her mom and dad the previous month. I'm certain everyone in Virgina was just gaga over this little blue-eyed beauty. Who wouldn't be? Those baby rolls and dimpled hands are just too much! Makes me want to hug and squeeze her. Check out the bare skin shot of her in that tutu...Oh my! Way. Too. cute.
