Pewaukee Lake Family Photos | Milwaukee Family Photographer | Erin Harris

I had the pleasure of photographing this darling family in late August at their family lake home in Pewaukee. Brynn and I have known each other since college but I'm fairly certain I haven't seen her since then. She looks exactly the same as she did then, so it goes without saying that she looks amazing. Her sweet little blondies just melted my heart with their playful personalities and adorable smiles and her daughter is her spitting image. Her son and mine were actually born just one day apart and from what I hear, they have very similar personalities. Perhaps they would be best buddies if Brynn's adorable family didn't live all the way across the country in San Fran. Brynn, it was lovely to see you again and to meet your beautiful family. I hope you love these images as much as I do.

The Jubelirer Lovlies {Milwaukee Family Photographer}

This is Shelly, my dear friend and world's greatest art teacher. It warms my heart that she will be my own children's art teacher. They already adore her like I do and Lucia even colored a rainbow on the wall, yes, THE WALL, that she said she made for Mrs. Jubelirer. Last weekend, I was lucky enough to photograph her perfectly lovely family and YES, they are as cool as they look and as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. I adore Shelly for the following reasons:

1. She is an incredible friend.
2. She loves photos.
3. She rocks some red glasses.

There are SO many more reasons but I don't want her head to get big. :)

So, on to their loveliness...

Oh Boys - Six Month Photos { Milwaukee Family Photographer | Erin Harris Photography }

Just before my new baby was born I had the pleasure of shooting photos of these precious baby boys and their parents, who are dear friends. You may remember Heather and Chris from their twin boys' baby shower photos from almost a year ago. Since Heather and Chris were living in Texas at the time the boys were born, I was dying to meet them, and I hadn't had the opportunity until the day we shot these photos. Let's just say I fell immediately head over heels for their darling smiles, chubby cheeks and dimpled hands. Aren't they ADORABLE?

By far one of my favorites of the day is this one where they are practically holding hands....

Waiting for Cecilia {Milwaukee Family Photographer - Erin Harris Photography}

Last week we welcomed a new baby into the world and into our hearts. Cecilia Ray Harris was born on July 2, 2012 at 10:15 pm.

The day before, in anticipation of her arrival, Mark took some photos of me and the kids in the yard. They gave my belly some final kisses and asked A LOT of questions about how their new sister was "going to get out." All of the black and white shots were taken by the hubby...and I must say, he is shaping up to be a pretty good 'second shooter.'

This one's out of focus but I love it!!

Here we are at the hospital, the following day, eagerly awaiting her arrival, with a quick visit from the kids.

And here I am with my sweet Cecilia Ray, immediately following her birth at 10:15 pm. She was 5 pounds, 9 ounces and 19 inches long. My little peanut was finally here and she is perfect.
